Samantha is a paralegal with over 11 years of diverse legal experience. Samantha assists in all aspects of patent, trademark and copyright research, prosecution and maintenance and in conducting legal research.
Before joining the firm, Samantha worked in the Intellectual Property department of a prominent Chicago law firm. She was responsible for docketing and prosecution of U.S. patent applications, PCT applications, foreign patent applications; U.S. and foreign trademark applications; U.S. copyright applications; as well as maintenance of patents and trademarks after registration.
Prior to focusing on Intellectual Property, Samantha worked for law firms in Philadelphia and New York gaining 7 years of experience in litigation and corporate practice.
